The series is used primarily in biophotonics, biotechnology, microscopy, interferometry, machine vision and industrial inspection. The ZQ-200 uses three temperature-stabilized laser diodes focused on a point at a customer-defined distance. The diodes are based on GaN-semiconductor technology and were developed especially for continuous-wave operation, high output power and durability.
