LPKFLaser&Electronic.jpgThe StencilLaser G 6080 manufactured by LPKF Laser & Electronics AG is compliant with Class 1 laser safety, and it features easy access architecture, state-of-the-art exhaust technology and simplified materials handling. It uses carbon fiber composites and the latest linear drive technology to deliver higher dynamic rigidity, has special cross sections to increase resistance to shearing and bending, and it features high performance with minimal energy consumption and minimal weight of moving parts. The system cuts stencils in precise sizes and dimensions for apertures, and with sharply defined edges and splash-free contact sides. It adjusts to fit any stencil size up to 740 × 950 mm, and its working area of 600 × 800 mm enables cutting of two stencils in one production step.
