The delta series analog and digital detector probes and instruments has been released by Spectrum Detector Inc. The radiometers and joulemeters in the series are small and flexible and fit easily onto the laboratory bench, the production test bed or onboard a laser. The user plugs a probe into an analog power supply for use with oscilloscopes and lock-in amplifiers, or plugs it into a digital USB-based electronic module for single- or dual-channel PC control via LabView software. Standard and custom probes include Si, Ge and InGaAs photodiodes or pyroelectric detectors, covering from the deep-UV to the far-IR and terahertz regions.
