Designed for absorbance detection, the devices provide optical density of >4, which enables precise and repeatable laboratory test results. They are available in 6-mm squares, or with 10- or 12-mm diameters, with <7-mm thicknesses, in wavelengths ranging from 340 to 750 nm. Manufactured using hard-surface, dual-magnetron reactive sputtered coatings, they feature transmission >50% peak, angle of incidence of 0°, and full width half maximum 10 ±2 nm (alternate, 8 ±2 nm).
