VisionResearch.jpgVision Research Inc.’s Phantom V12 CMOS-based high-speed digital camera achieves 1 million pictures per second at reduced 256 × 8-pixel resolution and 6315 pictures per second at full 1280 × 800-pixel resolution for recording ultrafast or microscopic events. The device features 20-μm active pixel size, 8- and 12-bit pixel depth, and shuttering down to 300 ns. The camera comes in monochrome and color versions.
