Keyence.jpgKeyence Corp. of America has upgraded its VHX-600, a digital microscope with improved graphics processing that leads to increased speed and clearer images, a real-time anti-halation display mode, improved security settings, a VH-Z00R zoom lens and a VHX-S15C/H motorized stand. A 54-megapixel 3-CCD camera and a wide selection of high-resolution zoom lenses with up to 5000× magnification provide good chromatic aberration correction and high-quality images. The camera and lens can be handheld or mounted in the multiangle viewing stand. The fast 3-D image composition mode provides sharp images of specimens of various heights, such as PCBs, electronic components, automotive parts, and biological and medical specimens. The camera shake correction function enables observation free of the effects of environmental vibration.
