Based on MotionChipT digital signal processing control technology, the IBL2401 manufactured by Technosoft SA is an intelligent minidrive that measures 58 × 44 × 16 mm and weighs 60 g. It controls brushless, step, DC and linear motors up to 25 W. The drive can be mounted directly beside the motor, and motion programming can be performed from a CANopen master via a PC/programmable logic controller using the appropriate motion library, or directly at drive level using the built-in motion controller and the EasyMotion Studio platform. Communication also can be performed over CAN, RS-232 and Ethernet. The motion controller can be used in medical and factory automation applications.
