JAI’s AD-080CL is a prism-based two-CCD camera that can measure visible and near-infrared light spectra simultaneously through a single lens and dual output channels. The camera offers 1024 × 768 resolution at 30 fps, with precise quarter-pixel alignment of both channels. For inspection of fruit and food, of blister packs, of banknotes and of other items where two inspection stations currently are needed to examine both surface and below-surface information, the AD-080CL offers a cost-efficient single-station approach.
