HamamatsuPhotonics_ImageEM2.jpgThe ImagEM enhanced camera manufactured by Hamamatsu Photonics UK Ltd. is a newly developed back-thinned electron multiplier (EM) CCD camera for low-light fluorescence imaging, ultralow-light luminescence imaging, and high-dynamic-range bright-field imaging in life sciences, materials research and industrial imaging. This new-generation camera features a high-speed readout rate of 32 fps at full spatial resolution, even at low light levels, 16-bit digitization, a maximum quantum efficiency of more than 90% and cooling performance down to –90 °C, minimizing dark noise.
