The device features a spectral detector with two, three or 34 channels and offers resolution up to 3 nm. A spectral recycling loop increases the efficiency of the spectral splitting of fluorescence light emitted by the sample to ∼100%. Other features include 360° of scan rotation and a scan field of 20 mm.
