Beam shaper

Jun 2008
MolTech GmbHRequest Info
MolTech.jpgRefractive Focal-πShaper systems from MolTech GmbH convert a Gaussian laser beam into flattop, “donut,” “reverse Gauss,” “trident” or rooflike intensity profiles near the focal plane of a focusing lens installed after the device. According to the company, the conversion occurs with almost 100 percent efficiency. Input and output beam sizes are similar, and steep edges and accurate profiles of kerfs can be realized. Systems are available for NIR, VIS and UV spectra and can be used for applications such as flow cytometry.
