• 790 to 990 nm
• input beam diameter 10 to 20 mm
• >92% transmission
LIMO Lissotschenko Mikrooptik GmbH has released its next-generation homogenization modules based on a modular mechanical and optical concept. Designed for industrial applications, they are maintenance-free and require no further adjustment. Patented beam-shaping technology compensates for pointing errors and beam displacement of the laser source, stabilizing the production process and resulting in uniform quality and reproducibility.
Various models of the TopHat Square NIR modules produce maximum input divergence ranging from <2.2 to <15 mrad and working distances from 95 ±10 mm to 380 ±25 mm. Top-hat field sizes range from 0.5 × 0.5 ±0.05 mm to 23.5 × 23.5 ±1.5 mm.
Operating wavelength is from 790 to 990 nm, clear aperture outer diameter is 20 mm, input beam diameter is 10 to 20 mm, and transmission is >92%, with >95% typical. Accessories include a variable attenuator with a PCI card, long housing for customized field sizes, a beam preparation module and a fibre collimator module for fibre-coupled lasers.
Options include customized uniformity, efficiency, wavelength, field size and working distance.
