The P-653 piezo motor linear slide from PI (Physik Instrumente) LP is a four-part true linear motor device with an operating speed of up to 200 mm/s. It is 8 mm long, with a travel range of 2 mm, force generation of 0.15 N and submicron resolution. The moving slider and the ceramic piezo motor are delivered assembled as a unit and mounted on a PCB driver board, which requires a 5-VDC supply voltage.
