AnaSpec Inc. has unveiled a suite of anti-actin antibodies with labeling options including biotin and fluorescent and proprietary HiLyte dyes. Also available unlabeled, they are made from rabbit anti-actin polyclonal antibody, raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminus of actin from human smooth muscle. It is supplied as 50 μg of the antibody in 250 μl of phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.02% sodium azide.
