PhotronInc.jpgThe Fastcam MC2 manufactured by Photron Inc. is a high-speed video imaging system that incorporates two 35 × 35 × 35-mm camera heads, each weighing 3.2 oz. The system features a global electronic shuttering rate from 20 ms to 6 μs for clear slow-motion image capture. The light-sensitive, CMOS 10-μm-pixel single-sensor camera is available in three models, each delivering 512 × 512-pixel resolution and operating at up to 500, up to 2000 and from 60 to 2000 fps. A handheld remote controller with a 5-in. LCD display is offered as an option.
