Edmund.jpgEdmund Optics Inc. has introduced the Techspec broadband polarizing beamsplitters that split randomly polarized beams into two orthogonal linearly polarized components. Available in versions for the visible (420 to 680 nm) or near-IR (700 to 1100 nm) ranges, the devices have an extinction ratio of 500:1. Both versions are offered in 5-, 10-, 20- and 25-mm sizes.
