The photodiode has a responsivity of up to 140 mA/W at its peak wavelength. It is not sensitive to visible lights, making accurate detection without the addition of a filter possible in the presence of visible light. It is assembled in a 3- x 2- x 1.3-mm surface mount package and is useful for 365 nm monitoring of mercury lamps and monitoring of LED output power from 360- to 380 nm.
