JPSA.jpgJ P Sercel Associates (JPSA) Inc. is offering the PV-5000 laser workstation for photovoltaic thin-film solar scribing. Based on the ChromaDice diode-pumped solid-state laser platform, it is designed for isolation and series interconnection of thin-film solar cells. Available wavelengths are 1064, 532, 355 and 266 nm. The system scribes rapidly and accurately to produce fine scribed lines with virtually no heat-affected zone and with >30-MΩ isolation.
