Request InfoPhaseViewAvailable from PhaseView, digital wavefront sensors make intensive use of specialized algorithms. They rely on measurements of the energy redistribution in 3-D space. Measurement of the intensity in 3-D in real time leads to the high-resolution measurement of the wavefront without the use of hardware diffracting elements or microlenses, but with the cost of increased computational effort. The sensors typically feature sensitivity of λ/100 over the entire dynamic range of wavelengths. Resolution of about 250,000 measurement points per aperture diameter of 5 mm is achievable.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPhotonics Spectra January 2024 IssueWavefront Measurement SoftwarePhaseStudio from Phasics is a wavefront measurement software for metrology.
