The KS Elispot 4.11 software from Carl Zeiss is designed to improve microscopic Elispot examinations for the testing of immunotherapies and for the development of vaccines. The version is tailored to AxioVision platform 4.7 and now also operates under Windows XP and Vista. It permits well images to be automatically stored with the regular data backup and, for improved spot recognition in border regions, it includes neutral frames for single well images. The settings for the AxioCam camera are no longer displayed directly.
