laSRS1 Stanford Research Systems' SR844 Dual Phase Lock-In Amplifier has a frequency range of 25 kHz to 200 MHz, and output time constants from 30 us to 30 ks with up to 24 dB/octave rolloff. The DSP architecture provides high dynamic reserve (80 dB), excellent stability (5 ppm) and virtually no drift. Auto measurement features, harmonic detection (F and 2F), and standard GPIB and RS-232 interfaces are included, as are 16-bit auxiliary inputs and outputs.
