The SR560 Preamplifier from Stanford Research Systems provides a voltage gain of 1 to 50,000 for signals from DC to 1 MHz. The single-ended or differential front end has less than 4 nV/Hz1/2 input noise, with high, low, and bandpass filtering for signal conditioning. The SR560 can be operated for up to 15 h on its internal battery pack, and can be remotely controlled through the optoisolated RS-232 interface.
