They provide up to eight independent digitally controlled channels, with width, delay, rate and amplitude control on each output. The devices offer 250-ps timing resolution with 50-ps jitter and 12 memory storage slots and feature a clock-in functionality that can synchronize a master clock from 10 to 100 MHz.
