ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Feb. 3, 2009 – CIC Photonics Inc. has released the Ranger-EN14 14.4 m long-path gas cell for semiconductor plant monitoring, moisture analysis, continuous emissions monitoring and other corrosive and toxic gas applications.CIC-Photonics.jpg

The 14.4 m pathlength extends the limits of detection sensitivity of the gas cell to the 10 ppb range. Increasing the range 50 percent over the company’s Ranger-EN 9.6 meter cell, its physical dimensions have not been increased to enable the installation of the new model into limited space areas and online.

It delivers a high energy throughput ≥ 25 percent and features stainless steel mirrors and a cell body that can be used in a variety of process and industrial applications.
