NEC Display Solutions of America, a provider of commercial LCD displays and projectors, has unveiled the MultiSync MD series high-brightness color and gray-scale flat panel monitors. The displays, which are designed for medical imaging applications including radiology and picture archiving communications systems, are available in three 21-in. front-sensor versions. The 2-megapixel MD212MC and the 3-megapixel MD213MC are color displays, while the 3-megapixel MD213MG is a gray-scale display.
