Offered in wavelengths ranging from 375 to 425 nm, they are housed in hermetic TO-46 metal can packages. All have an 18° typical half-power emission angle and a pulsed forward current of 1.6 A, and all are RoHS-compliant and electrostatic discharge-protected.
