Spectral engines
BaySpec Inc.Request Info
The Super Gamut series from BaySpec is a family of near-IR long-wave Raman spectral engines with applications in investigating biological, tissue and skin samples and in performing other surface analyses. The devices use a volume phase grating as the spectral dispersion element and an InGaAs array detector, providing parallel processing and continuous spectrum measurements. The engines cover the wavelengths from 1064 to 1720 nm and are designed for use with a 1064-nm excitation laser to reduce fluorescence interference. Measuring 356 × 235 × 134 mm, they feature f/2 optics, a signal-to-noise ratio of 6000:1, stray light of 0.05% and integration time of 20 μs to 300 s.
