Voxtel Inc.Request Info

Voxtel.jpgVoxtel Inc. has unveiled its carrier multiplication devices, a new class of near-IR photodetectors. The nanostructured InGaAs/InAlAs instruments are designed to overcome the limitations of avalanche photodiodes in the 0.9- to 1.6-μm spectral range. They exceed the capabilities of avalanche photodiodes in gain and noise performance and deliver high quantum efficiency, making them suitable for low-light-level detection, along with applications such as Raman spectroscopy and quantum cryptography.
