The imager is intended for use in process inspection applications, including semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food safety and quality. Based on a proprietary and patented aberration-corrected concentric design, the device is offered as a lens-based imager or as a multichannel/multipoint spectrometer. Features include an f/2 aperture, spectral resolution from 4 to 5 nm, stray light <0.05%, 14-bit analog-to-digital readout, a rate of 109 fps and a dynamic range of 68 dB.
