Picarro.jpgThe G1301-m trace gas analyzer from Picarro Inc. is a greenhouse gas monitor for CO2, CH4 and H2O that provides continuous operation while onboard aircraft at altitudes of up to 10,000 m, with climb/descent rates up to 1 km/min. The compact instrument enables real-time sampling and analysis in-flight. Based on proprietary wavelength-scanned cavity ringdown technology, it offers decades of linear dynamic range and does not require frequent recalibration. It can be configured to automatically send out measurement data at regular intervals via the Ethernet and can output data in digital format via an RS-232 interface or analog via optional outputs.
