Request InfoAccurion GmbHHalcyonics GmbH has introduced its Nano 20 active vibration isolation system that is compatible with many compact scanning probe microscopes. The isolator weighs 5.6 kg and measures 204 × 204 × 60 mm. It provides up to 8 kg of active vibration isolation in all six degrees of freedom, beginning at 0.6 Hz and reaching >99% isolation (–40 dB) at >10 Hz. It does not require adjustment or tuning before use, and the company says that setup requires only placing the microscope on the isolator, some simple connections and turning on the power.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Mar/Apr 2023 IssueGlass-Bottom PlatesGlass Bottom µ-Plates from ibidi GmbH provide microscopy users with high-throughput possibilities for super-resolution and total internal reflection fluorescence.
