The compact device features flat spectral response, full NIST traceability, a damage threshold of 36 to 45 kW/cm2, Personal Wavelength Correction, air and water cooling, and an aperture diameter of 19 mm. Other specifications include a spectral range of 0.19 to 11 μm, noise equivalent power of 1 mW, sensitivity of 0.65 mV/W, 15-J maximum measurable energy and maximum pulse width of 88 ms.
