Photon_etc.jpgWhile maintaining throughput up to 80% at an operating wavelength between 350 nm and 2.5 μm, Tunable Top Notch Filters from Photon etc. block very narrow bandwidths while giving access to Raman shifts lower than 10 cm–1 with a minimum optical density of 4. For Raman applications, the filters collect Stokes and anti-Stokes data simultaneously. Replacing triple spectrographs, the filters are based on volume Bragg gratings and feature all-glass holographic filters that are compact and easy to align. The computer-controlled system, which comes complete with drivers and software, operates through a USB connection. It is suitable for photoluminescence, astronomy, life sciences, pharmaceutical and petrochemical applications.
