Analog Devices Inc. has released a 400-MHz, low-power, high-performance operational amplifier. The AD8014 current-feedback operational amplifier has 400-MHz, -3-dB bandwidth, 4000-V/µs slew rate and 24-ns settling time to 0.1%. It has low distortion, voltage and current noise, making it suitable for wide-band signal processing applications. The amplifier comes packaged in either an SOT-23-5 or an eight-pin SOIC, and has 1-mA supply current and an operating temperature range of 240 to +85 °C.
