Rofin.jpgAdding to the high-power DQ series of Q-switched solid-state lasers, the DQ 010 from Rofin-Sinar Laser GmbH delivers 1 kW of output power and increased pulse-peak performances that are 1000 times higher than CW powers. The instrument can be integrated with beam switches or power splitter modules, enabling the use of one beam source in several production lines. It can be coupled with fibre optics of 600 or 800 μm, and each is equipped with an optical attenuator for constant pulse energy and long-term stability control. It is suitable for surface applications including ablation, cleaning and insulation.
