Tekhnoscanx.jpgTekhnoscan’s UV-blue-green single-frequency radiation laser system, the Tisarius-D, now is available for in situ process control of physical vapour deposition, atomic lithography, nano-structure fabrication, trace substance detection, and atom/molecule cooling and trapping. When pumped by a standard 5- to 12-W diode-pumped solid-state fibre laser, the device delivers 100- to 800-mW output with an ultranarrow radiation linewidth of <10 kHz at selected wavelengths within the 350- to 525-nm range. It includes a Ti:sapphire laser and resonant frequency doubler. The electronic control systems and frequency doubler feature an automatic relock function that permits stable operation in conditions of external perturbation.
