The device can measure the duration of molecular events from pico- to nanoseconds and longer. It achieves this through time-correlated single-photon counting as well as phase and modulation (frequency domain). The approach decreases the time it takes to measure a fluorescence lifetime from minutes to milliseconds, according to the company.
