PhotonicsProducts.jpgA 532-nm diode-pumped solid-state green laser module has been released by Photonic Products, a division of StockerYale Inc. An integral thermoelectric controller allows the laser to operate at a stable temperature of –10 to 50 °C. It has an output power of 5 mW and a circular output beam of ~2.7 mm in diameter at a 5-m working distance. Beam divergence is typically 0.3 mrad. It is designed for OEM use, weighs 61 g and is 60 mm long. Applications include bioanalysis and flow cytometry.
