Grintech GmbH has expanded its line of rod lenses with six additions designed for fiber coupling and beam shaping of laser diodes. The lenses all have diameters of 2 mm and focal lengths ranging from 2.00 to 2.07 mm. The numerical apertures of the lenses range from 0.46 to 0.49. Antireflection coatings are available, and the working distance and lens length deviating from the standards can be produced. An 8° angle facet and customized fiber pigtails are available upon request.
