Packaged in 60-mm housings, they feature a new bearing design and a nickel code disk that extend the life of each encoder, helping to reduce replacement costs. The company says that the nickel disk is more robust than those made of glass or plastic, and it offers better resolution and is temperature-resistant, enabling use at ambient temperatures from -20 to 100 °C.
