CarlZeissMicroImaging.jpgThe Axio Imager 2, a research microscope system from Carl Zeiss MicroImaging GmbH, is available for biomedical research and materials applications. The customized configurability of the 10-stand versions meets user requirements for flexibility and ease of use with high performance and functionality. All stands feature the basic function of the light manager, which can be used to separately store and reproduce the illumination intensity for each magnification. Its optical design benefits live-cell imaging by allowing homogeneous illumination at low magnifications and greater working distances. The motorized microscope stands enable selection of stored contrasting techniques via the contrast manager.
