Request InfoCargille-Sacher LaboratoriesCargille Laboratories designed its immersion oil type 37DF to provide optical values at 37 °C for a sharp image. Immersion oil standardized for room temperature at 23 °C may cause a decrease in resolution when used at 37 °C because critical optical values of the oil change with temperature. The 37DF, as does the DF at 23 °C, offers very low background fluorescence, making it suitable for fluorescence microscopy applications. The oil is available in 1-, 4- and 16-oz bottles.See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSPromoted Content February 2024 IssueOEM-Ready Microscope SubsystemsThe Nucleus™ microscopy platform provides a complete set of interchangeable hardware modules and software tools, making it ideal for OEMs and lab managers engaged in fluorescence cellular...Promoted Content November 2023 IssueNucleus™ Automated MicroscopesThe Nucleus™ microscopy platform provides a complete set of interchangeable hardware modules and software tools, making it ideal for OEMs and lab managers engaged in fluorescence cellular...Promoted Content April 2024 IssueGet More Data: Automate Your MicroscopeZaber offers a selection of standard and customized motorized microscope stage products.
