Request InfoSensors Unlimited Inc.PRINCETON, N.J., March 11, 2010 – Sensors Unlimited Inc., part of Goodrich ISR Systems, has introduced two cameras with enhancements that expand the dynamic range of short wave infrared (SWIR) imagery. The InGaAs SWIR SU320KTX has a 320 × 240-pixel format with a 40-µm pixel pitch, and the SU640KTSX has a 640 × 512-pixel format with a 25-µm pixel pitch. Both automatically compensate for variations in light levels that may differ by up to five orders of magnitude. This increase in dynamic range makes them suitable for imaging and surveillance in military, medical and commercial applications....See full productRelated content from Photonics MediaPRODUCTSBioPhotonics Jul/Aug 2023 IssueExtended InGaAs DetectorsHermetically sealed, surface-mount device-packaged 1.7- and 2.6-μm InGaAs PIN ATLAS photodiodes from Marktech Optoelectronics Inc. are designed for spacecraft, aerospace, medical, defense,...Photonics Spectra February 2023 IssueEndoscopic Image SensorThe OH02B image sensor from OmniVision Technologies Inc. is a square, 2-MP, 1500 × 1500 resolution CMOS image sensor for medical use.
