The MLM-2 monochromatic light module from Optometrics USA Inc. can test lenses, charge-coupled devices and other optical components. Its light source and Mini-Chrom monochromator are mounted on a baseplate that can be removed and used with accessories for cuvettes, solid samples or specular reflectance. The monochromator is controlled by a dumb terminal or by its Windows-based software. The MLM-2 has built-in electronics for wavelength scanning and can be used with the company's optional integrating sphere.
