lab, Carl Zeiss MicroImaging GmbH has announced the KS Elispot and compact KS Elispot
4.9 software. Used with an AxioCam MRc Rev. 3 digital color camera, its enhanced
color recognition more distinctly separates spots in double markings. In combination
with a Zeiss Axio Imager microscope, fluorescence equipment and the camera, the
system evaluates separated fluorescence-marked specimens. And used with the 2.5x
EC Epiplan Neofluar objective lens, it provides faster evaluation and higher specimen
throughput with very high resolution.
