Designed for the medical professional, field operative
or mobile laboratory, the Evolution microscope from Pyser-SGI Ltd. is portable,
lightweight and hand-size. It is available in bright-field and phase-contrast versions
and comes with a carrying case, a shoulder strap, an LED illuminator and a frosted
filter. It consists of a die-cast aluminum body, a monocular head, a wide-field
10x eyepiece, an open base stage with clips, a single focusing adjustment and objectives
of 4x, 10x and 40x magnification. Optional accessories include a mechanical stage,
15x and 20x eyepieces, a 20x bright-field objective and a selection of colored filters.
