The LMD-1950MD LCD monitor from Sony Electronics Inc. offers a viewable area that measures 19.1 in. diagonally. Suitable for endoscopy and other medical imaging applications, the display features a 1280 x 1024 panel with more than 700 lines of video resolution. Its 10-bit digital signal processor provides accurate color reproduction and consistent color temperature throughout the gray scale. Designed without air vents, the monitor offers 24 VDC for systems integration and uses X-Algorithm technology for the reproduction of moving and static images. The LCD panel has a 5:4 aspect ratio. Its protective antireflection coating results in a contrast ratio of 600:1.
