Narrow Bandpass Filters
Sep 2010

PELHAM, N.H., Sept. 10, 2010 — Pelham Research Optical LLC has announced its new line of narrow bandpass filters for Lyman-alpha 121.6-nm applications. They complement the standard 122-NB narrowband filter and are available in three options, each offering different bandwidths and out-of-band rejection.

Model number 122-NB15 has a bandwidth of 15 nm and minimum peak transmission of 10%. Model number 122-NB10 has a bandwidth of 10 nm and a minimum peak transmission of 5%. The standard 122-NB filter specifications are a bandwidth of 20 nm and a minimum peak transmission of 15%.

Both of the new filters provide increased vacuum ultraviolet through infrared out of band rejection, increasing sensitivity for critical Lyman-alpha applications. All filters are available on the company’s standard substrates as well as on customer-supplied material and custom size substrates.
