Crystek CorpRequest Info

Crystek Corp.’s CVCO55CC-2510-2610 VCO (voltage-controlled oscillator) operates from 2510 to 2610 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to approximately 4.5 V. It offers good linearity, and typical output power is 3 dBm. The coaxial resonator oscillator is packaged in an industry-standard 12.7 x 12.7-mm surface-mount device package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 40 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz peak-to-peak and 1.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is —15 dBc, typical. Tuning voltage is 0.3 VDC, minimum, and 4.7, maximum. The oscillator is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
