Newport Corp. is launching its Vision IsoStation vibration isolation
workstation, which offers high performance and has user-friendly features and accessories.
Designed to improve ease of installation, setup and lab space utilization, the workstation
is available with platform sizes from 0.61 x 0.61 m up to 0.91 x 1.83 m to accommodate
a wide range of applications. Two load capacities, 500 lb gross and 1300 lb gross,
are delivered by the proprietary I-125 and I-325 series pneumatic isolators. Both
versions reduce transmitted vertical and horizontal vibrations by 85% or more after
5 Hz, and by more than 95% after 10 Hz. Designed for modern scientific and biological
investigations, the system includes several new instrumentation and accessory storage
options.
